Although your application has been submitted, we still need both recommendation forms from a Pastor/Administrator and from a Pastoral Staff Member or Parish Board Member. We will only contact you if we have your application and both recommendation forms. Please follow the instructions below.
1. Download both recommendation forms and send them to your recommenders, or share this page with your recommenders. 2. Once your recommenders complete their respective forms, they will download their form and send them to John Cammarata at [email protected]. 3. Once we recieve all of your forms, you will be notified about the next steps in the application process.
