David Hajduk, Ph.D., ha
s more than thirty years of experience in religious education and pastoral ministry, including youth, family life, and pro-life ministries. Since 1998, he has been a member of the Theology Department at Delbarton School in Morristown, NJ, and has served as an Adjunct Professor of Moral Theology at Immaculate Conception Seminary School of Theology at Seton Hall University since 2008, teaching courses on John Paul II’s Theology of the Body and sexual ethics, and on the Theology and Spirituality of Marriage & Family. In 2019, Hajduk became the Director of Theology for Array of Hope, a ministry of the New Evangelization that shares the beauty and truth of the Catholic faith through high quality media and events. He is responsible for reviewing and creating program content, writing blogs, and giving talks.

Jill Cherry has been involved in marriage ministry for over 30 years with a special emphasis on Theology of the Body for the later half of that time. She is currently the Coordinator of Marriage Ministry and Natural Family Planning for the Diocese of Paterson at St. Paul Inside the Walls and previously did similar work for the Archdiocese of Newark for ten years. She earned a B.S. in Mathematics and a B.A. in Psychology from Minot State University, Minot, ND., and a M.Ed. in Adult Education from the University of Oklahoma, Norma, OK. Jill has studied Theology of the Body at the Theology of the Body Institute and is a certified Natural Family Planning instructor.She and her husband, Jim, gratefully have three beloved children.

Born to Krystyna and Andrzej Tomczyk in Szczecinek, Poland, Father Pawel Tomczyk has an older sister, Agnieszka. Father Tomczyk began his studies in 2009 at the Theological Institute of the Missionaries of St. Vincent in Krakow, Poland. After completing two years of undergraduate studies in philosophy, he immigrated to the United States to continue his formation to the priesthood. He obtained a Master of Arts in Theology with distinction from SS. Cyril and Methodius Seminary in Orchard Lake, MI. During his stay in Michigan, Father Tomczyk discovered his interest in Christian ethics, which led him to the writing of his master’s thesis on the morality of lying. In Fall 2013, he was transferred to the Theological College Seminary in Washington, DC, where he completed his formation to the priesthood and earned his doctorate in moral theology two years later. Father Tomczyk was ordained a priest on May 23, 2015, for the Diocese of Paterson. He currently serves on both the academic faculty and the formation faculty of Immaculate Conception Seminary School of Theology and assists at Holy Spirit Parish in Pequannock on weekends. In June 2022, he was appointed ICSST's Director of Pastoral Formation, effective July 1, 2022.

Dr. Steven Serafin is the Executive Director of Faith & Family Life Catholic Ministries. He has been a user of the Pathways Formation Suite since 2021 and continues to utilize the FFLCM process at his home parish St. Vincent Martyr in Madison NJ, where he leads an initiative called the Emmaus Coalition of Lifelong Formation. He is the creator of Endure, a Marriage enrichment initiative. He graduated from Catholic University with a Doctor in Ministry in 2022, he has received a M.A in Theology with a focus in Evangelization and Catechesis from The University of Notre Dame’s Echo program, and a B.A from Catholic University with a minor in Finance and Management. He has served in a number of ministerial positions: Pastoral Associate, Associate Director for Catechesis for the Archdiocese of Newark, Director of Faith Formation, Youth Minister, Campus Minister, and Teacher.

Msgr. Raymond Kupke was ordained a Catholic priest for the Paterson Diocese in 1973, and was named a Prelate of Honor (Monsignor) by Pope John Paul II in 1998. He has served as Parochial Vicar at St. Philip the Apostle, Clifton (1973-1979), and Saint Pius X, Montville (1981-1986); as Pastor of Holy Family, Florham Park (1977-2011) and St. Anthony, Hawthorne (2011- ); and as Vice Chancellor and Secretary to the Bishop of Paterson (1979-1981). After archival studies at New York University, He served as Archivist of the Paterson Diocese since 1976. He has also served as a Dean in the Paterson Diocese, and is currently a member of the Theological Commission. He has also taught in the EPS (Education for Parish Service) Program of Trinity University in Washington, and the permanent diaconate programs of both the Archdiocese of Newark and the Diocese of Paterson, as well as in several parish adult education programs. Msgr. Kupke is the author of Living Stones. A History of the Catholic Church in the Diocese of Paterson (1988); and co-editor of American Catholic Preaching and Piety in the Time of John Carroll (1995) and Building the Church in America. Studies in Honor of Monsignor Robert F. Trisco on his Birthday (1999), as well as articles in several publications, The New Catholic Encyclopedia, and The Encyclopedia of American Catholic History. He also writes a column on New Jersey Catholic History for The Beacon, the newspaper of the Paterson Diocese.

Sister Elfie Del Rosario, FMA, affectionately known as “The Happy Nun,” is a Daughter of Mary Help of Christians (Salesian Sisters of St. John Bosco). Born in Nigeria and raised in the Philippines, she later moved to New Jersey, using her psychology degree to teach children with special needs. Sr. Elfie joined the Salesian Sisters in 2009 and now serves as the vocations director for the eastern U.S. province.
